Enables mounting clip-on handlebars, tidies up front end of the bike w/ streamlined, low profile mounting
 
Uses OEM mounting hardware for a seamless fit.

The Ducati scrambler takes 51mm clip on handlebars for the 800/1100, and 41mm for the 400
